Nature Positive investment opportunities through solar parks: Workshop I

Workshop I focused on building a new nature positive solar community between the project team and stakeholders from across the solar park value chain. Stakeholders were introduced to the concepts of biodiversity, ecosystem services and the nature-positive concept and how this applies to the solar park value chain. Through interactive breakout sessions, the team highlighted the benefits and opportunities associated with nature positive investments alongside current practices and discussed the importance of using indicators to measure nature positive outcomes. Stakeholders provided valuable contributions to the selection of a set of indicators recommended for use in the monitoring and reporting of nature positive investments at solar parks.
